  • Atlas Filters Recon almost all types of filters by replacing the used filter media with new filter media and reusing the steel parts.

  • The recon of filters can safe a customer between 20% and 30% on cost, reduce lead times significantly and is environmental friendly. 

 

The Recon Process

 

  • Strip the filter completely and clean the metal parts.

 

  • Ensure all metal parts is in good order and send for galvanizing or powder cote.

 

  • Establish what filter media was used and pleat new filter media.

 

  • Assemble all parts and replace seals.
